All moderation will do is reduce the already anemic number of posts.

It's time to face reality, and that there isn't some untapped legion of
Apple II users out there who would come on, but for the nasty old usenet
anarchy. Developers go where the money is, and it isn't here. More power
to everyone who has stuck around (including you Joe) though.

I think the majority of people still writing code do so for fun, I know
that's why I do it. It's fun to drink some beers and write 8-bit code that
goes like bloody hell because it's in assembly, and whups the crap out of
16-bit C coded bloatware. But then, I'm sure everybody has their kicks.

Anyway, if you do have a vote, propose csa2.moderated rather than trying
to moderate the current newsgroup.
