No question about it. Appleworks is a very superior platform for many
things, especially "quick and dirty" work, and you are 100% correct about
convenience of startup. Before I got my new computer and Office95, I found
Appleworks to be vastly preferable to running Works on my old 486. Now
things are more even, though I have to say that print quality gives the
edge to the PC.

There's no way that you can say a P166
