Possible to use Laserwriter with PC?

I've got a LaserwriterIIg which I wish to use with my PC.  Windows95 has
this printer in its table of drivers but it seems that whatever I do I
just cannot get it to work.  I notice that there is a small thumbwheel
on the front of the printer with 0-9 as options.  Is this something to
do with the problem?

Any suggestions, or advice as to where I can find out a solution, would
be greatly appreciated.
