   Awww. You could always grab the schematics and a parts catalog and
do almost any repair yourself if you have enough of a technical clue.

   Standard Apple II drives are identical between drive 1 and drive 2;
there are just 2 connectors on the card. It is recommended, however,
that you plug it into the disk 1 connector.

   Ask on comp.sys.apple2.marketplace for a standard drive controller
with 20 pin connectors. [It's the //c, IIc+ or GS with the controller
builtin]
