I agree with you. Unfortunately, usenet is an open forum and csa2
in particular is not moderated (not that I'm advocating moderation
as the moderator might be of the wrong persuasion).
The best that users who genuinely want to help can do is to post to
or email to new users quickly and warn them that there may be flamers
out here, but that if they stick to the group and ignore the rude
types, there are plenty of courteous individuals who will answer
them (eventually).
How is that little rover heading to Mars doing, btw?
