Joe, your points are noted, appreciated and certainly valid as stated

I look forward to a post with a clear understanding on these matters to 
this newsgroup - from those in authority and ownership of the freeware 
titles from Beagle Bros. Apple II software collections.

If they are not legally allowed to be on Ground, (per notice from the 
Simonsons) then they should and will be removed and I'll stand corrected 
on the issues.
