When dealing with older hardware like this, it is best to first unplug
and re-plug in both ends of the drive cable (unscrew and re-screw them
both) and unplug and reseat the drive controller card. Then put a
working boot disk in the first drive (the one on the left) and try it
again.

If that doesn't work, get back to us.
