Nathan's response was alot more correct than the answer "no." As Nathan
said, any text editor can create or modify a Web page. Spectrum and
Proterm both provide a good text editor with their products--they both work
well for local editing. Even though I had ported a HTML Editor to the IIgs,
it is much easier using vi on a UNIX system.
