Around three years ago, when I first got hold of an emulator, I wrote an
image making program. It was a ProDOS SYS program instead of this Applesoft/
BIN file goofiness. But it does require a 3.5 disk or a localtalk connection 
to get your files to a Mac. I put it on cassandra.ucr.edu, the home of the
STM emulator, and posted it to comp.binaries a time or two.
