I know Syndicomm has one of those authorizations.  Lots of user groups
had/have redistribution rights to DOS/ProDOS, too.  I've got no
problem whatsoever with that.  If Bill has rights from Apple to
distribute the blue book - then we all win.  I didn't mean to sound
accusatory.
