Alltech has them. Here is the information about two different types
or RAM chips from Alltech's web page:
Expand your GS Juice+, S&S �GS RAM + / II, CV Tech or Chinook RAM 4000
41024 (1 Meg).....$2.50 ea. or get a Bank of 8 for.....$12.00
Expand your � GS-RAM Ultra or RAMPak4 GS
44256 (256x4).....$2.50 ea. or get a Bank of 8 for.....$12.00

Apparently, they have a minimum $25.00 order policy though.
