Unless you are using both cards in the same system. I have done so,
with both sets of drivers, and haven't noticed a problem.  I don't 
have both in currently, so I can't verify anything.  I use the Apple
card most of the time with about 27 partitions on line on three
drives (two 512 Megs and a 60 Meg), and only change over to the RamFAST
when I need to re-partition one of the drives.  I hate it's 12 partition
limit!
