SMALL filetransfer-program in source-code for IIc?

Hello,

as maybe seen by my post on uni- and duodisks, I am a fairly unknowing
new apple IIc owner. After having read the FAQs, I wonder wether there
is a small filetransfer program for the IIc that I can just type into
applesoft-basic or in assembler to get an initial connection going
between my pc and the apple. As I am having only 5,25" drives for the
apple, I feel a little in a catch 22 situation to get new software on
the apple.
