gs delete/trash override???

Is there a GS addon that will temporarily disable the trash/delete
feature.
 
Perhaps something was made for schools so the kids could not delete
stuff the teacher wanted saved.
 
This would be helpful when a non-Apple user is trying to save data
files and accidently drags then over to the trash icon and then shuts
down the computer when nothing seems to be happening.
