   Gee, Nathan.  I could have sent you mine before I dumped it if it 
would have helped you build a patch.  This is twice I've had this 
problem.  The other time (awhile back) I simply reformatted the hard 
drive and reinstalled 6.0.1 from the master disks and it cleared it up.
   
   This time, however, I didn't want to trash all of the extra files 
(about 200) that I have in various partitions to do various things.

   I do a lot of file testing using PMPUnzip 2.0, GSCII+, Shrinkit and 
downloads from the Internet.  I do a bit of C programming too so I don't 
know exactly what caused the bad file.  If it happens again, I'll drop 
you a note on it to see if you still want it (if it's at all helpful).
