CSA2 FAQ Changelog

Just had an hour to spare, so I split the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently
Asked Questions (FAQ) up from one large (190K) file to ten smaller
(5-42K) files by logical section. Should be easier for people on
slower modem connects to download, etc. The URL for the FAQ as a whole
is unchanged-- http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html  That URL
still points to the table of contents, where you can find all of the
rest of the FAQ.

I also unified the table of contents with the table of contents from
my other '[semi]frequently asked questions' page, as there have been a
number of people recently who said they'd read the FAQ, but couldn't
find an answer I have online. By having all of the answers referenced
in one place, things'll hopefully be easier to find.

As always, suggestions, comments, criticisms, corrections, and the like
are appreciated.
