Q: about installing SCSI HD!

Hello,
I have attached 120MB SCSI harddisk to an Apple Powerbook.
All seems fine. In the configuration windows the HD is found with the
right ID, but I cannot mount it.
This HD used to be in a IBM PC, so logically it has to be formatted to
the Apple-format, but I cannot access a drive unless it's mounted.
Could anyone please help me out, and tell how and/or with which program I
can format the HD?
