I used to use a Ramkeeper in my system. I could not use the 1MB Apple card
and the AE GS-RAM Plus on it at the same time if the total RAM exceeded
4MB without disabling DMA. As Nathan said, there's a speed penalty there
that's really not worth the extra RAM.

FWIW, I have heard rumors about that DMA daughterboard, but they're only
rumors. I have never actually seen one.
