They are really expensive. Where I used to work (a small company) we had
two Macs and four PCs. The Macs were happily Appletalked while the PCs
were using sneakernet. When we decided to network every computer the first
thing we looked into was Appletalk cards for the PCs. It turned out to
be cheaper to replace the Macs with PCs and buy ethernet cards for everyone.
