	Ah, don't worry about him.  He likes to talk tough, but if you 
pin him down with questions he'll never answer you.  He reminds me of 
a teenager with too much attitude and too many hormones.

	Oh, and his talk about removing users (what a way to get fired) 
and calling other ISPs is so much hot air.  He'd have to have evidence 
good enough to stand up in court.
