Ah. I see your point now.  I never use the mouse in PT3.1.  I can select
what I want nearly as quickly with the keyboard shortcuts.  I'm afraid that
I'm not a big fan of rodent usage.

Perhaps you've figured it out by now, but all you have to do is select the
scrollback text and hit oa-D.  It's in the drop-down scrollback Edit menu,
so I am somewhat mystified why you found it so difficult to do.  But that's
neither here nor there, I guess. <g>

I'll admit that PT3.1 has a steep learning curve.  That is a drawback.  But
once you learn the commands, you'll be amazed at how easy it is to do some
things with PT3.1 that are darned near impossible with most other telecom
programs.

Keep that manual handy. <g>
