^^^This one looks interesting.  Why the heck did they even put a switch 
on for this if it's so critical you don't turn it on? :)

OK, thanks for the info.  All the switches were off, and I actually went 
through all sixteen possibilites today with no luck.  It looks like this 
card just doesn't like the //e. :(

Interestingly, switching S3 to "on" seemed to make the red LED on the 
card light up with far greater frequency.

: P.S.  The switch that enables sex and free beer existed in the prototype, but

Why would they remove the card's main selling point? :)
