128 bytes. The MacBinary header is exactly the same length (AppleSingle
has a larger header).
Binary II was designed with XMODEM in mind (128 byte blocks, file size
rounded up to nearest multiple of 128 bytes during transfer). The
header includes the full ProDOS directory information and pathname.
