I just had a read of The Red Book (I was given a copy when someone cleaned out
their A2 stuff) and noticed something interesting. Near the back of the book
there is a section that seems to indicate that the Apple ][ was sold as a
populated board without case and power supply but the front of the book seems
to contradict this.

Can anyone confirm or deny that the Apple ][ was ever sold without case & power
supply?
