   ProDOS 2.0.x supports drive remapping. That is, if there are
cards/etc that want to install more than 2 devices from one slot
(smartport and scsi are the normal causes), then the extra devices
are pushed over to unused slot/drive combos.

   ProDOS is still limited to 2 drives per slot; it's just that the
slot/drive combo for a drive may bear little resemblance to what
slot its connector is in.
