You cannot deny that this articulate young woman makes good points.
Although she posted in the Apple II group, we all know that what she is
saying has been true for years. One reason I got so interested in my
machine was the necessity of knowing it well enough to deal with the
clowns from Apple.
I can only feel bad for the Mac folks, as they are ONLY EXPERIENCING
what most of us have experienced with Apple over the years. In the old
days I often said that APPLE at least had good hardware, but that passed
long ago.
Since most of us on this group have been without 'Apple' support for many
years, we have learned to rely on ourselves. How Apple expects to
comeback with the contiued kind of bull is something unique to their
maladapted corporate culture.
What Apple is doing is shooting themselves in the foot, here a
professional young woman who will have the income and need for a computer
in her profession for years to come, won't trust them and look for backup
from another computer seller.
Apple is very near the end....
