The only info I've got is what's marked on the card:

GSP Artwork PC19845RevB Detail PC19846Model GTP245 Assy PC19847

Is that of any use to identify the card?

BTW, the cables that were being used with the card were both serial cables, so
I'm sure neither port is a parallel port.
