Reading PC disks

Apparently there is now a 32 bit FAT format for MS-DOS/Windows disks.
I believe the ones that you have been using up to this point have been
16 bit FAT.

But seriously.  I just found out about this last weekend so I guess
the MS-DOS FST and those MS-DOS tools and such that we are currently
using will have to be updated.
