   I believe that I documented the IPC calls to the Swatdisk driver in
the public release of Swatdisk. (Sorry, don't feel like verifying that
right now... and if I didn't, I could release it no problem). It's up
to the authors of Balloon to add in the functionality to their
programs-- it's really trivial.
