Here is the result of the RAM5 benchmark:

               w/ Apple        w/ resizable      w/o any driver
              RAM5 driver       RAM5 driver

linear read*     ~0,75             ~0.96             ~4,65 (!)
random read*     ~1.80             ~1.78             ~8,92 (!)
OS overhead*     ~0.34             ~0.41             ~0.43
