   This was the first set of updates that I'd done to it. Before that,
it hadn't been posted in over a year and updated since Feb 1995. I did
post it about 2-3 weeks ago and specifically asked for comments and
problems with it then. I got maybe two responses, and neither dealt
with those you mentioned above. I guess you forgot to nitpick the
first time it was posted.

   I didn't write it from scratch; I inherited it. As I said in
the postings, comments and fixes are welcome. Email's preferable for
that.
