Oh, I just didn't want the extra space between pages that was inserted
when I turned off top-of-page commands, but by turning them back on, the
extra lines were gone and I just have to strip out the form feed commands.
Also, I put characters into the boldface and underlining on/off control
codes, in the hope that these would be place in the document to mark where
the special areas were, but they didn't appear. No big loss, even it
doesn't work (and it wasn't just me :-) ).
