I only used the discrimination case thing as an example. Discrimination
cases have been won with less of a case than this. Now realistically it's
not worth the trouble of sueing over something so stupid, so I'm not even
going to bother discussing that any further.

And by the way, if the NEA logo was allowed on all the other child porno
sites _except_ my (hypothetical) site, and I was excluded _by_name_, then
yes, I think I'd have the right to display it on my site.

But they are _not_ intended to infringe upon the rights of others without
just cause. And not liking Dr. Tom is not just cause.
