So, you'd have the right to use the NEA logo on your site which (we're
not saying it does here, hypothetically) contains child pornography?
This is what your reasoning entails. Sure, you could argue that this
is a form of discrimination, but Nate didn't say "no blacks may use
this software" or "no women may use this software", he said "you"
may not use or distribute this software, and therefore there's no
clear distinction on which your case could be proven.
