If the motherboard silkscreening matches the ROM #'s, it's original -
in either case.

If not, it's been enhanced, or un-enhanced.

342-0303 & 0304 are enhanced ROMs, 342-0134 & 135 are un-enhanced
ROMs.

342-0132 is the keyboard map, and 342-0133 is the character ROM, no
mousetext, 342-0265 is the one with mousetext.

Again, if these numbers match the ROMs, silkscreen for ROM sticker/
screening, then the motherboard is original. There were no enhanced //
e's shipped from Apple Computer, Inc. that had ROMs that didn't match
the board.

Dealers, OTOH, did apply enhancement kits to their in stock models if
desired.
