Make sure you have the extension set to .SHK when they get to the Apple 
II....  Macs like to put their own file extensions onto files downloaded 
on them, and if the wrong one is there, the Apple II will not recognize 
them.  

Are the files for the IIE/C or for the IIGS?  If they are for the IIGS, 
then UnshrinkII+ will not unpack them because it doesn't know how to 
deal with forked files used on the IIGS.
