We built a TV interface for our IIc a long time ago using an RF modulator from
Radio Shack. We powered it off of the game port, though of course we lost
access to the port doing that. If you got fancy you could make a pass-trough
for the port if you need it. In hind sight we could have pulled the 5V from
the aux video port on the IIc. In recent years we've found it much easier
just to use the Video In port on our VCR and connect it directly to the TV
that way without fooling with a modulator. Also, ew just bought a new TV (our
old one died at a ripe age of 10) and found it has two direct Video In ports
on the front! Looks like they're getting ready for Internet Boxes.

BTW, the kids LOVE playing ChopLifter on the TV :)
