Can you Boot into the RamFAST controller (boot holding down 0 key)?
Tell us...
SCSI IDs of all your SCSI equipment, 
ROM and version of RamFAST
and maybe...
Model, speed and cache of accelerator 
Current DIP settings on accelerator
Model and System of computer 
Shift-boot attempts etc,etc, etc...
