E-mail from Steve prompted me to pop the cover from my GS and look at my 
configuration.  He's correct about the jumper scheme on the CV Tech GS 
Memory card with the pocket, there is no pin D.  Stupid manual. B-{P

The configuration he currently has works for 4 Mb / empty pocket, 4 Mb / 
1Mb Apple card in the pocket, and 4 Mb / another 4 Mb card in pocket.
