     Based upon reports here and from a reviewer, Second Sight seems to
deliver remarkably varied performance. Perhaps, yours is working just
beautifully except for some problem with language.

     The two dots sound like German punctuation. Just a guess: try setting
your Control Panel "Language" setting to "American".
