second sight or something

does anyone have a second sight or something to give weird things
in my windows.  I have noticed that my x's and w's have two dots over
them.  there doesn't seem to have any thing wrong with my system, I
just want to know why it does that.
 
card's that I have
 
slot 1 and 2 are empty
slot 3 zip gs 7/32
slot 4 second sight card
slot 5 quickie hand scanner
slot 6 empty
slot 7 Apple high speed Scsi card.
 
I have check them all and they seam to be fine and have a nice fit, but
not loose.
