the simplest way:

run Copy][+ 7.1 or so, and copy your floppy disk onto your ProDOS 3.5"
disk in a Copy][+ image file.

bring your 3.5" disk to your mac, and copy it there.

run "ImageConverter" to turn it into an STM disk or ][ in a Mac disk.

you're done.

the process works in reverse.
