I had a db19 error  followed by a Prodos error 0043 and it turned out to be
a missing prefference file needed by a program or desk accessory or
something ((I cant remember now).  It took me a while to figure it out, but
how I came to find the answer, was to Install the same GS/OS comfiguration
on another partition in my HD and started comparing direc tories and found
the missing file on the 2nd GS/OS system that wasnt on the first.  I dont
know how the file was generated in the first place, or why it suddenly
disappeared but as I recall, it was for something I didnt use and
eventually I took off everything that I didnt use as far as drivers, Cdevs,
and Desk Accessories were concerned and problem start-ups were reduced.
