GSOS error

I have had a gsos error which it came when I was loading the finder.
 
here what came up.
 
00db19		lc bank= $0
^^^
forgot to write what it means.
 
Then error code $0043
it's an invalid ref. number
 
I have had to reinstall my stuff from the backup that I made and it just
works fine now,  I just wanted to know what had happened to my system.
I have not changed anything in it so I don't know what have happened.
