This will only work if you use EXACTLY the same version of ProDOS-8 as
GS/OS originally used.  A better option is to get hold of a set of
IIgs system disks and reinstall the system software.

Another point: if the file disappeared spontaneously, the directory
structure of the hard drive might be damaged.  It would be a good idea
to run a volume repair utility.
