You don't want to hear this but...
When I bought Tetris, it contained both the IIGS version and a //c+
version on 3.5 disk. By copying the file ProDOs (form another disk) and
all the files from the IIC folder onto a 5.25 disk, I was able to produce
a working-and unprotected-copy on one disk. Sure, it didn't boot as
fast, but it worked just as well.
