    The IIgs display cannot show all of a very large pic at once at full
resolution. The 'trick' is to let the user scroll the pic (up/down
left/right).  In 320 mode you see a 320 x 200 piece. Assuming the
GIF-to-IIgs color conversion is reasonably successful, the part you are
viewing is at full resolution.
