Why is it that some folks have no success in formatting their zip disks 
with their GS, and others don't have any problem at all?  I put my Zip 
drive on both a RamFAST SCSI card and an Apple Rev. C SCSI card and 
formatted all my zip disks from the Finder with no problem.

I have only had difficulty in formatting the disk that comes with the 
zip drive -- the Tools disk.  It is locked and couldn't even be unlocked 
by my fellow Apple usergroup members with their Mac.  It seems to be a 
software lock, but we can't get past it.  Now that's a problem I'd like 
to solve.  And Iomega's accessibility stinks in my experience.  Does 
anyone know an email help address, or an 800 number?  The only way I 
know to get hold of them is if I pay for a long distance call, then wait 
on hold forever while I go broke.
