The only "Magic Window" word processor I know is a commercial one from a 
company called Artsci. Your problem with it is probably that it runs 
under DOS 3.3, not proDOS, and DOS 3.3 doesn't know from 3.5" disks 
without pretty extreme help.

The route you'd have to take is:

Run Magic Window, load your file, and Print (Save?) it to disk as a text 
file. (Ahh, the command is "Save Unformatted File".) Now use the ProDOS 
Utilities or Filer or Copy II Plus to move that text file to a ProDOS 
disk. As you say, the rest will be simple, since late-model Mac operating 
systems can read and write to a ProDOS disk just fine.
