System 7.5 comes with PC Exchange, which allows you t write directly on
Prodos 8 disks.  As long as you save the files as ASCII text (i.e. normal
"text" files) then they should be easily read.  Graphics may be much more
of a problem, though.  If you told us exactly what you are trying to
transfer that could help too.  Instead of Copy II plus, I would try and
open the files using AW, if you have a relatively current version, since
these will show you the text files you have on disk without requiring you
to type in the pathname.
